The Key Performance Skills courses teach the in-demand skills not taught in school or at work! Course topics are:
Sensemaking: managing complexity, framing non-routine situations, and acting with expertise
Self-Awareness: understanding how the brain processes information and resisting blind spots and biases
Problem Solving: understanding, simplifying, and solving complex problems
Strategic Thinking: using knowledge and judgment to make informed, reasoned decisions
Communication: offering clear information, working well in teams, collaborating, and coaching/being coached
Adaptiveness: being flexible and creative; seeing and generating alternatives
Leadership: persuading, motivating, and inspiring others toward a common goal
KPS Online Course Format
Key Performance Skills Online Courses offer instruction, practice, and application in a self-directed, asynchronous format. Each course can be completed in approximately 8 hours.
Courses are divided into 20-minute lessons and contain knowledge checks and activities that guide learners through the content. Each course contains narrated instruction and modeling of skills, interactive forms and frameworks, and a final course assessment.

For ongoing collaboration, discussion, coaching, and support, learners also get access to the Key Performance Skills Online Community via our digital learning platform.
KPS Online Courses are hosted on the KPS LMS and are accessible with any device or browser.
