Looking for a way to support students with in-demand skills training? Key Performance Skills Curriculum is the answer. Whether high school, career/technical center, college, or another type of education provider, by adding KPS to your course offering you can now teach your students what they’ve been missing – the seven key skills they need to succeed today and thrive tomorrow!
KPS Certificate
Completion of the Key Performance Skills Curriculum allows students to earn the KPS Certificate. The certificate is awarded upon completion of the Capstone Project.
Program Pacing
Each KPS course is designed to be completed in 8 hours of instruction and practice.
The full seven-course program, including the Capstone Project, can be completed in 64-70 hours.
At two hours per week, students can complete the program in one academic year.

The Key Performance Skills Curriculum provides everything your instructors need to deliver high-quality instruction and modeling. Instructors receive the following resources:
- Instructor Guide, which contains lessons plans, learning objectives, reduced slides with teaching text, activities, and assessments
- Course Slide Deck for high-impact visual support
Student Resources
Students receive the following resources
- Interactive Student Guide, which includes interactive activity pages, templates, and frameworks.
- Student Capstone Project Guide, which contains worksheets and templates to help students design and complete their Capstone Projects
Curriculum Formats
Instructor Guides, Interactive Student Guides, and Student Capstone Project Template are available in print and digital format.
KPS Online Community
For ongoing collaboration, discussion, coaching, and support, instructors and students also receive access to the Key Performance Skills Online Community via our digital learning platform.
