In seven short courses or workshops, The Key Performance Skills program teaches the in-demand skills not taught in school or at work! You’ll learn
- Sensemaking, or the ability to manage complexity, frame non-routine situations, and act with expertise
- Self-Awareness, or the ability to understand thinking and resist blind spots and biases
- Problem Solving, or the ability to understand, simplify, and solve complex problems
- Strategic Thinking, or the ability to using knowledge and judgment to make informed, reasoned decisions
- Communication, or the ability to offer clear information, work well in teams, collaborate, and coach or be coached
- Adaptiveness, or the ability to be flexible and creative, seeing and generating alternatives
- Leadership, or the ability to persuade, motivate, and inspire others toward a common goal
Key Performance Skills is a unique program that helps build these in-demand skills, improving performance and setting you up for growth and success. The program is a faster, less expensive path than a standard college degree and offers practical and relevant instruction that builds life-long skills. KPS uses simple, effective tools and frameworks that you can apply immediately for real results.
Each KPS course or workshop, whether in-person or online, provides Instruction and Modeling by a highly-qualified instructor, Scenario-based Guided Practice, Small Group Practice, and Independent Practice and Application.
This approach transforms information into practical, relevant, work-ready skills.
The program also offers an additional feature, the Capstone Project, which encourages you to demonstrate one or several non-routine super-job skills by applying them to a project at work, creating a real and permanent transfer of knowledge!
