The Key Performance Skills program offers instructor support with robust Professional Development.
Each KPS course is supported with a 4-hour PD Workshop to equip instructors with information, instructional strategies, frameworks, and activities to empower them in the classroom. Workshops are presented onsite at your facility or online via remote conferencing tools.
Additional coaching is also available throughout the life of the program.
We encourage instructors to gain the KPS Certificate by completing the Online Courses version of the KPS Curriculum.
