The Key Performance Skills program teaches the in-demand skills not taught in school or at work!
Sensemaking, or the ability to manage complexity, frame non-routine situations, and act with expertise
Self-Awareness, or the ability to understand thinking and resist blind spots and biases
Problem Solving, or the ability to understand, simplify, and solve complex problems
Strategic Thinking, or the ability to use knowledge and judgment to make informed, reasoned decisions
Communication, or the ability to offer clear information, work well in teams, collaborate, and coach or be coached
Adaptiveness, or the ability to be flexible and creative by seeing and generating alternatives
Leadership, or the ability to persuade, motivate, and inspire others toward a common goal
Formats
Workshops are offered in 8-hour or 4-hour formats. Each workshop is taught by a highly-qualified trainer. Workshops include instruction, modeling, guided practice, and independent practice (8-hour format only).
Capstone Project
In addition, Key Performance Skills offers the Capstone Project, which is an opportunity for learners to apply one or more learned skills to projects or initiatives relevant to their work. All Capstone Project resources are provided free with the purchase of KPS workshops. The Capstone Project can be used with one, several, or all workshops.
Consulting Services
Additional consulting is available to support learners as they complete the Capstone Project. Consulting may be remote or in-person.*
